Newman & Cannon show a photo on their CD of a very similar animal, taken by Scott Johnson in the Marshall Islands. Their description reads: "Body extremely ruffled with crenulated margin, translucent cream with orange spots, median spots surrounded by white.... Rare....Generic determination uncertain."

This worm does not appear to be as ruffled as the Marshall Islands worm, the spots tend to be more concentrated along the median and those median spots are not as distinctly surrounded by white. In presumably older specimens (the two at bottom), the spots are increasingly concentrated into the dark median stripe. Still, it could very well be the same species. More photos of this rare animal would help detemine its range of variation.
