Specimen sent to Leslie Newman, who included it on her CD, where the top two photos appear, along with this description:. "Background colour brown with occasional white spots and/or splotches. Marginal band wide, light brown, with narrow black rim.... Generic determination uncertain." To this we add that the body is raised medially. Known only from Hawai`i, although Mike Miller has photographed a similar worm from Bali.
