body colour cream with median black stripe. Marginal band black, narrow.
Pseudotentacles black."
Photos from Guam look very much the same as the Hawai`i specimens. Similar
worms from Indonesia, Philippines, Reunion, South Africa have much thicker
black marginal bands and are probably distinct from the Hawai`i and
Guam worms. Newman & Cannon state that they lump them all together
for convenience until further research is done.
